Goku SSJ3 Blue JUS

Super Saiyan 3 (超サイヤ人３ Sūpā Saiya-jin Surī) is the third transformation form of Super Saiyan, Goku being the first to achieve this state. In this state, Goku’s hair is still blonde but grows to the back (quite like Raditz). The eyebrows disappear, the forehead is raised higher, making Goku look quite “evil”. The aura surrounding Goku is brighter and still retains the lightning bolts like Super Saiyan 2. Goku’s voice also becomes deeper (anime)

Super Saiyan 3 is 4 times stronger than Super Saiyan 2 (thereby being 8 times stronger than Super Saiyan 1 and 400 times stronger than normal form). Goku claims that it is possible to defeat Majin Buu in this form, but he is now from the afterlife so he believes in Goten vs Trunks.
