Caulifla is shown to be very lazy if not self-absorbed as she initially refused to join the Tournament of Power even when learning her universe’s or her own existence were on the line. It took Cabba telling her about the Super Saiyan transformation as well as about being able to achieve greater heights in her strength to make her agree, showing her desire to become stronger.

In the manga, while she is a powerful crime boss and gang leader who effectively rules over a portion of Planet Sadala the territory which even members of Sadala Defense Force tends to avoid going there, she and her gang are depicted as somewhat noble thieves as they rob a transport to feed some poor children
